Cosimo Tassone started at Magnetbau Schramme 20 years ago with an apprenticeship in warehouse logistics. Since then, he has developed in various positions and is now responsible for the entire Industrial Engineering division.
His team's tasks include everything to do with lean management in production, process development, CIP projects and process support for ongoing series production.
In addition to the day-to-day tasks in the "IE" area, Cosi is responsible for exciting projects to automate our production, such as AGVs (automated guided vehicles), digital assembly and production lines and the automation of manual assembly processes.
We are grateful to have Cosi as part of our team and wish him all the best in his new role.
