Professionalization of project management at Magnetbau Schramme

Over the past few months, the Schramme management and Maximilian Wüst, together with Dr. Wagner from Tiba, have developed a project management system tailored to our needs on the basis of DIN 69901. The system can be applied to all our projects, regardless of whether it is a complex development project for an electromagnetic drive or an investment project for a new PV system.

Together with Tiba and our project managers, we refreshed the theory in a basic training course and rounded it all off with the planning of a current development project for a valve solenoid.

The next step is the kick-off of the project with all project staff and the customer.
