Hannover/Shanghai. The PTC ASIA, the CeMAT ASIA and the ComVac ASIA 2019 ended on October 26th after four days at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) with a significant increase in the number of visitors (42 percent) and exhibitors (40 percent).
"This outstanding result exceeded our expectations. All 17 halls on the SNIEC site were fully booked.
In order to meet the great demand, we built additional temporary halls," says Dr. Jochen Köckler, Chairman of the Board of Management of Deutsche Messe AG.
"The PTC ASIA, CeMAT ASIA and ComVac ASIA have brought manufacturers from around the globe together to do business in one of the world's largest markets.
Without a doubt, our trade shows in Shanghai are the leading events when it comes to industrial technologies."
Under the motto "Driven to be smart", some 1,700 exhibitors from Asia, Europe and North America presented their latest products and technologies in the fields of electrical and mechanical drives, fluid technology, ball bearings and motors at the PTC ASIA.
The companies demonstrated their contribution to the digitization of the industry.
Among the leading exhibitors were companies such as Argo-Hytos, Atos, Bonfiglioli, Hansa-Flex, Hawe, Hydac, Kawasaki, Schaeffler, SEW, SKF and Trelleborg.
"Magnetbau Schramme has been exhibiting at the PTC ASIA for a long time. This year was our most successful one to date," says Jens Preetz, Marketing and Sales Director of the German manufacturer of electromagnets and solenoids.
The PTC ASIA has supported us in achieving more than 10,000 contacts at our booth.
The trade show is the ideal platform to present the brand name Schramme to a broad audience in China."
