What makes working at Magnetbau Schramme unique and responsible?

Schramme is very broadly positioned. We supply customers in various industries and are therefore not dependent on developments in individual sectors. However, this also means that we have to adapt to a different market/industry for each development project. This is what makes our work so exciting and challenging.

What do you take care of every day at Magnetbau Schramme?

I mainly deal with operational issues and the associated concerns of our customers. But one of my most important tasks is to always be thinking about the next step but one, how we can develop the company together in terms of new customers, new products, new suppliers and effective / efficient processes.

Why should a potential customer choose Magnetbau Schramme?

At Schramme we have a first-class development team and highly reliable manufacturing with a high level of quality. We develop new products in close cooperation with our customers and can solve almost any customer problem with our expertise. Once commissioned, we deliver on time and in very good quality. So, if that doesn't convince a customer....

Where do you see the biggest challenges for the next 3-5 years and how can you counter these challenges?

One of the biggest challenges I see is the changes due to digitalisation and decarbonisation. Here, certain industries, such as the automotive industry, will reposition themselves. Our task is to stay on the ball, to adapt to the changes at our customers in time, to recognise new markets and to adapt flexibly. Here, for example, we are working on various products for the hydrogen industry.

How has the 2023 business year gone so far?

The 2023 business year is in line with the successful business years of the recent past. We will definitely achieve our planned targets and probably exceed them, despite the global adversities.
