Electromagnets or solenoids designed as reversing linear solenoids consist of two magnet systems. The stroke motion of the armature from one end position to the other or opposite is effected by means of electromagnetic force. The desired operating direction is determined via excitation of the respective solenoid coil.
Reversing solenoids consist of two solenoid systems. The stroke movement of the armature is effected by electromagnetic force from one end position to the other or vice versa. The desired working direction is determined by energizing the respective coil.
The solenoids produced in series have horizontal characteristic curves on the first 80% of the stroke path; only on the last 20% does the solenoid force increase to its 2-fold value. Maintenance-free bearings ensure a long service life
Installation can be carried out in any position. The force must only be applied in the axial direction; lateral loads on the plunger must be avoided.
The following electromagnets are EXAMPLES for reversing linear solenoids realized in series. Magnetbau Schramme developments are customer-specific.
