The DC single linear solenoid is a universal magnet. Its armature is moved from the stroke starting position to the stroke end position by means of electromagnetic force. The solenoid is reset via external forces. It can be designed for pulling or thrusting force action, and is used for moving and switching.

Reversing linear solenoids consist of two magnet systems. The stroke motion of the armature from one end position to the other or opposite is effected by means of electromagnetic force.
The desired operating direction is determined via excitation of the respective solenoid coil. An electromagnet for moving, e.g., the organ flaps in a musical organ.

Double-proportional solenoids consist of two magnet systems. The stroke motion of the armature takes place from the center position by means of electromagnetic force, while the solenoid is reset via external forces. A highly-specialized electromagnet.

Miniature solenoids are single linear solenoids. The stroke motion from the stroke starting position to the stroke end position is effected by means of electromagnetic force, while the reset takes place via external forces.
As the term "miniature solenoid" implies, these electromagnets provide maximum stroke at minimal dimensions. A small-sized solenoid, fast and dynamic.

When activated, they are suitable for holding ferromagnetical objects. The holding forces primarily depend on the degree of magnetizability and the surface of the objects to be held. An electromagnet for holding and lifting.

Electromagnetic clutches are magnet systems with an open magnetic circuit. When activated, they are suitable for transmitting power to clutches, e.g., for the actuation of units on engines. An electromagnet for braking and engaging/disengaging.

Pinch valves are primarily used in medical and analysis technology for chemical processing, and measuring and control technology, as well as for reliable control of difficult materials. An electromagnet for controlling the flow of liquids.

Design type: Round plug-in solenoid (GT4): This pressure-tight screw-in control magnet is designed for actuating hydraulic valves. Installation is possible in any position. The unit consists of an excitation element and a pressure-tight actuation element.
Design: Angular, enclosed (GT8). This single-stroke control solenoid is designed for pressure-exerting force action. Electromagnetic force action drives the armature out of the stroke starting position to the stroke end position. The solenoid is reset via external forces. An electromagnet for switching hydraulic valves.

DC double-acting spreader solenoids consist of two magnet systems that are combined in a housing and operate pressure-exerting in opposed direction to each other. They are suitable for spreading applications, e.g., for releasing brakes... > Details
DC single-acting spreader solenoids are single-stroke linear solenoid systems designed for pressure-exerting force action. When hinge-suspended by the rear side, this electromagnet/solenoid is suitable for spreading, as required for releasing brakes. > Details

Proportional solenoids are DC linear solenoids with analog path/current and force/current characteristic.
They are used as proportional actuators in hydraulic control chains and open control loops for actuation of pressure and flow control valves, as well as for proportional directional control valves. An electromagnet for regulating.

Proportional valves are pressure-tight proportional solenoids with valve head or integrated valve, which have an analog path/current and force/current characteristic.
They are used as proportional actuators in hydraulic control chains and open control loops for actuation of pressure and flow control valves, continuous valves, as well as proportional directional control valves.
At Schramme, proportional valves are developed customer-specific.

Pneumatic proportional valves are pressure-tight proportional solenoids with integrated valve, which have an analog path/current and force/current characteristic.
They are used as proportional actuators in pneumatic control chains and open control loops for actuation of pressure and flow control valves, continuous valves, as well as proportional directional control valves.
At Schramme, pneumatic proportional valves are developed customer-specific. An electromagnet for controlling compressed air.
